Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.
Over 70% of our heating and plumbing business is with either existing customers or ones that have had Turnkey Plumbing and Heating recommended to them, so we will not tolerate any of the 'bad practices' associated with the heating and plumbing industry.

Heating and Plumbing Rates
Monday to Friday minimum charge of half an hour, and then in half hourly units thereafter. Heating and plumbing rates are plus cost of materials, and subject to VAT (at 17.5%).
8am to 8pm
- Heating Labour: £45 per half hour
- Plumbing Labour: £40 per half hour
8pm to 12am
- Heating Labour: £90 per half hour
- Plumbing Labour: £80 per half hour
12am to 8am
- Heating Labour: £135 per half hour
- Plumbing Labour: £120 per half hour
Saturday and Sunday minimum charge of one hour, and then in hourly units thereafter. Heating and plumbing rates are plus cost of materials, and subject to VAT (at 17.5%).
8am to 8pm
- Heating Labour: £90 per hour
- Plumbing Labour: £80 per hour
8pm to 12am
- Heating Labour: £180 per hour
- Plumbing Labour: £160 per hour
12am to 8am
- Heating Labour: £270 per hour
Fixed Price Heating and Plumbing
An estimate can be given verbally or in writing by a Turnkey engineer for any heating or plumbing work to be carried out. Prices are subject to VAT (at 17.5%) and are based upon an eight hour working day.
- Heating Labour: £350 per day
- Plumbing Labour: £270 per day
Heating and Plumbing Materials
Materials supplied by Turnkey Plumbing & Heating will be charged at cost price plus 20% trade mark up.
No Charge
We do not charge customers for parking, congestion charge or time spent travelling to heating and plumbing jobs.
All plumbing and heating work carried out in accordance with Turnkey Plumbing & Heating’s Terms & Conditions (please refer to the document attached).
Plumbing and Heating Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
